I love you. I don’t ever wanna live without you. You changed my life.
did you say it?
Make a goal, work towards it. But every now and then, look around, drink it in. ‘Cause this is it.
It may all be gone tomorrow.

All it took was the finale of greys to hit it home for me. I bawled every 5 min for the last half an hour, when meredith told yang that she needed to let the people around her know that they were loved and so yes, she couldn’t bear not being married to derek for another day; when the both of them made their vows to each other;when people were at their breaking points; when they realized that john doe who was fighting for his life was o’malley …but never as much as the end.
Because after all the taking for granted, all the fights, all the tears, who do you run to?
Because at the end of the day, it is not who wins the fights that matters. We all return to basics. Who do you love? Who loves you?

It seems that every holiday, we visit the zoo. and each time, we find something new.
the boy’s favourite furry friend
sleepy lil otters
we spent a long time watching the baboons run around in play, sit around, deep in thought, jump off rocks into the water for fun, have a quick bang and then snuggle… In all honesty, they arent are pretty sight to behold, big red asses and all, but there was something strangely fascinating, their almost human behaviour.
elephants doing the elephant walk!
horsies <3 at the kids zoo where there was also this icky exhibit of a 70s kampong house with wax figurines in em plus disgusting insects that were supposed to thrive in those conditions. And not being content with that, they had to have ginormous cockcroaches/houseflies/mozzies hanging on the wall.
my favourite exhibit of all. where the animals roam free and are mere cm away from you and also that close to pouncing on to you.
and this, boys and girls, is a tree kangaroo
and of course, what would be a holiday without some good ol mambo
